Analasys of magnetic fields & materials
We regularly analyze and document magnetic fields and their structures for our customers. We detect impurities and cracks in the material, documenting them with high-resolution images. These services can be integrated into the production process of our magnets.
Magnetic measurement
At present, we provide customers with qualified statements regarding the properties of their magnets in the following areas: Magnetic moment (up to 100%), angular error, remanence, permanence, north-south error, crack detection, and magnetic field distribution.
Magnetic calculation & simulation
Whether before or during an ongoing project, we specialize in the calculation of magnetic force, magnetic torque, magnetic field, or specified magnetic flux. With our specially developed software, we regularly provide reliable calculations, whether it's for individual or multiple permanent magnets needed for your specific task.
Magnetic assembly
In many cases, adhesive bonds are preferred over traditional mechanical connections. For over 11 years, our customers have been benefiting, especially in the area of rotors and shafts, from our specialized know-how.
The advantages of magnets with adhesive bonds include:
- Tolerance compensation
- Homogeneous stress distribution
- Reduced vibration noise
- Creation of a smaller air gap
- Good corrosion protection
- No damage to components during joining
- High temperature resistance up to +200°C
Series and consignment warehouses
Magnetworld maintains several series warehouses, enabling smooth and timely product retrieval. For several customers, Magnetworld operates consignment warehouses. Whatever your specific requirements may be, Magnetworld will be able to offer you the right solution.

Currently, our testing department regularly produces:
- Initial sample inspection with VDA protocol
- IMDS entry
- Safety data sheets
- Licenses for licensed material
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- EMPB (Initial Sample Inspection Report)
- 3D and 8D reports
- Customer-specific measurements with protocol
Repair
Regularly, the use of low-cost magnets leads to failures of individual magnets. Magnetworld specializes in replacing defective magnets in component groups, regardless of the manufacturer of the installed magnets. As a result, you always receive a perfectly functioning component back within a few days.
Material analysis, cleanliness analysis, material testing
We are pleased to provide you with a material analysis, cleanliness analysis, or material analysis in collaboration with our partner.

Magnetic field measurement of air freight according to IATA 963
Regulations and limits, as well as labeling and form requirements for shipping magnets by air freight, are governed by the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations – Packing Instructions 953. Before shipping magnets via air freight, the packages must be checked for compliance with IATA 953.
